But i...I wanted to like this special, I really did. But if you're going to introduce all of these characters, USE THEM. Watching Ivan's "Meet..." video made me want him to be a major part of the episode. How good would it have been if he had taught Diesel that it didn't matter if a steamie or diesel won, but as long as it was your team. Also this special has waaaaay too many points of exaggeration that just seem silly. This special really should have just been a series of episodes around it, and shouldn't have been a big special until those episodes aired so that the special about the actual event would be more specialPrimevalDinosaurKinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03909419639693778216noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1941188284965945680.post-40232661296779060972016-09-10T17:36:38.162+01:002016-09-10T17:36:38.162+01:00When I first heard of this one, I was wondering ho...When I first heard of this one, I was wondering how it would turn out, and as advertisements, I grew just as concerned as you, though I kept my hopes up. In the end, I don't think it's THAT bad, but I respect your opinion. You're right though, this would have been a good storyline for Gordon. In my case, it's a bit of a step-down from Andrew Brenner, who is still far better than Sharon Miller and Britt Allcroft, as far both writing both episodes and movies go. I'd say it's somewhere between either BMM or HOTR and DOTD. It was still fun to watch, just not up to par with the likes of perhaps, my personal favorite TAB, or TOTB and SLOTLT, tied for 2nd place amongst my favorite movies. The film itself was hit-or-miss, but that's what I expected from it. I feel that Brenner tried, and I respect that. 8/10Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02305601341650232879noreply@blogger.com
